Jeff and I drive across country in a VW bus for my first solo tour.

On July 16th I carted my cello out to the desert to play at Simnuke, a simulation of a nuclear blast held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Trinity test. Read more about it at NPR and see images and video at the Simnuke site, www.simnuke.org.

Taximouse is a stuffed, cello-playing mouse. He comes with me on tour and has now driven across America at least four times. Here are a few pictures of his travels.
